Based on the ideals on Information Power, this site is intended to serve as a resource for school media specialists to develop effective school library media programs.

The site is divided into three sections

Administrative
A collection of resources that will help media specialists perform administrative tasks such as a resource guide for developing a policy and procedures manual, best practices research, review sources,  publishers, bibliographies, and author links.

Curriculum
Resources that help media specialists collaborate with teachers.  

Technology
A collection of resources that that help integrate technology into the media program.  This area includes webquests, treasure hunts, web design, software reviews, and hardware selection.
